We drove from Vancouver to Whistler via Highway 99, otherwise known as the Sea-to-Sky Highway. This was the first leg of our roadtrip, and we were blown away. As its name suggests, the road has the most amazing sea and mountain views. Dotted along the journey are blue signs that indicate tourist viewpoints or places of interest. My favourites were the two waterfalls Shannon Falls and Bradywine Falls. I just couldn’t get over the fact that literally a couple of minutes from the highway were these spectacular waterfalls ! The number plates of the cars from BC have “Beautiful British Columbia” written on them, and I couldn’t agree more.
